All of us are starving for God; this is a fact. I would surmise, though, that many of us are suffering from a kind of spiritual anorexia [see definition below]. Because we feed so infrequently upon God and His Word, we no longer feel our hunger for Him or our hunger to be with His people. Anorexia : A condition where one no longer feels his (or her) hunger.   What about you? Do you feel your hunger for God? I want to urge you to get in touch once again with this deep hunger within you. Do it by putting yourself in close proximity to God and His people. Spend time in God’s Word—even if it's just a few minutes each day. Talk with God about your life, and ask Him to help you feel your hunger for Him.
