I'm not feeling as well this morning as I'd like.  Maybe that's the case every morning.

My left lower back and hip are feeling sore.

My eliminations looked better earlier than they did just now.

Is there something different I need to be doing?

Your body didn't process well the sweet potato you ate last night. Remember that.

What, in your experience, do you seem to do the best with?

Leafy greens, olives, cucumbers, red bell peppers, avocados, balsamic vinegar, fish, poached eggs, onion spice, cumin, nuts, grapefruit, berries, water, and tea.  Almost everything else I'm not technically allergic to seems to bother me.

Stick with those things.  Ask Me to bless everything you take in.

Physical training:

Morning PT [felt pretty good]

Morning Yoga [felt pretty good]

Morning calisthenics [felt pretty good]

Morning rebounding (couldn't run because it was raining out) [felt pretty good]

Morning bag [felt great]

Morning sticks [felt okay; I messed up both the single-stick and jo form sequences]
